We dispatch all orders from our Sydney studio with the same care we take in crafting them.

• Complimentary Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders over $300 and New Zealand orders over $500 AUD.

• The Final Touch: Every garment arrives in 100% biodegradable packaging, ensuring our footprint is as light as the cotton itself.

• Dispatch: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to prepare and ship your selection.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel incredible in your Mora Heritage piece. If the fit isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return period for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

To maintain our small-batch ethos and respect the craft, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all recycled tags and jute ties attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
