Shipping policy

This policy outlines our commitment to clear delivery timeframes, costs, and terms for both Australian domestic orders and international shipping to New Zealand.

1. ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILMENT 

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Australia within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding Australian public holidays.

Carrier & Tracking       
We ship all orders with tracking via Australia Post.

Packaging            
We use durable, protective packaging, including sustainable elements, to ensure your premium organic garment arrives safely.

Local Services
We do not currently offer local pickup or local delivery services.

2. AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUD)

We use flat-rate tiered shipping to ensure fair and competitive pricing for all Australian customers.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (TO NEW ZEALAND) 

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post's international express services to ensure tracked and timely delivery. Shipping rates are in Australian dollars.

4. INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES AND LIABILITY 

This section is vital for all customers outside Australia, especially in New Zealand (NZ).

  • Pricing Basis: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of Australian GST (if applicable) but are exclusive of New Zealand GST, duties, and import taxes.
  • Customer Responsibility (NZ): All customs duties, New Zealand GST, and any other import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
    • NZ$1,000 Threshold: For most orders valued under NZ$1,000, New Zealand Customs generally does not collect GST or duties at the border. The customer is highly unlikely to pay any extra fees.
    • Over NZ$1,000: For any consignment valued over NZ$1,000, New Zealand Customs will assess and collect 15% GST and any applicable duties. This must be paid by the customer to the courier or Customs before the parcel is released for delivery.
  • Failure to Pay: Failure to pay these fees will result in the package being held or returned to Australia. The customer will be liable for all return shipping or re-delivery costs.

5. RISK, DELAYS, AND LOST PARCELS  (ToS Alignment)

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery. We bear the risk until the goods are physically delivered to you, in accordance with the mandatory Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  • Delays: All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier service issues, customs processing, or events outside our control.
  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a claim with Australia Post or the relevant international carrier on your behalf.
  • Disclaimer: PLEASE NOTE: Global and local restrictions may cause unforeseen shipping and customs delays.
