• Washing: Use a gentle, cold cycle with like colours. Wash colours separately for the first few washes to safeguard vibrancy.
• Detergent: Use a mild, eco-friendly detergent. Never use bleach, harsh chemicals, or optical brighteners, as these will damage the print artistry.
• Drying: Always air-dry in the shade to prevent print fading. Never tumble dry.
• Ironing: Iron on a warm setting, always on the reverse (inside out). Steaming is the gentlest alternative.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and always hang the item to maintain its beautiful drape and shape.

We prioritise timely and reliable delivery of your investment. Delivery involves two stages: processing and shipping.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Australian Delivery: We ship all orders via Australia Post. Metro Areas - Please allow for 1 to 4 business days from dispatch. Other Regions - Delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days from dispatch.
